Meet Chérie
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20 years as a Montana State Trooper and also worked as a detention officer. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of trauma, chronic stress, critical incidents, and the unique challenges faced by first responders, public safety professionals, and the people they serve.
Today, I use that experience to help adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, occupational stress, life transitions, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. Whether you're facing a recent crisis or carrying the weight of experiences from years ago, therapy can provide a place to process, heal, and move forward.
My goal is to understand your story, recognize your strengths, and help you move forward with confidence. I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative, practical, and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
